Dr Neil O’Donovan B.D.S (U.Birm)
Neil qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2004 and joined Dale House in 2016 after spending much of his career in the Midlands. He enjoys every aspect of general dentistry, with a particular interest in orthodontics, and always aims to provide thoughtful, high-quality care in a calm and reassuring way. Outside the practice, Neil enjoys all sports, especially football, and loves cooking generous family feasts for everyone to enjoy together while building lasting patient relationships.
Dr Jon Mahoney B.D.S (U.Bris)
Jon has cared for patients at Dale House since 2012 and always works to create a welcoming, relaxed environment at every appointment. He enjoys providing minimally invasive dentistry and places a strong emphasis on prevention, helping patients protect their teeth and maintain excellent oral health for the long term. Outside dentistry, Jon enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Laura, and their two young children, Fred and Joe, whenever time allows.
Dr Andrew Cufflin B.D.S (U.Birm)
Andrew joined Dale House in 2008 and has become a longstanding and highly valued member of the team. With more than 25 years of experience, he enjoys caring for several generations of the same families and supporting patients as they maintain and improve their oral health. He regularly takes part in postgraduate education to keep his knowledge current and remains committed to delivering excellent, dependable dental care in Tamworth for every patient.
Dr Deanay Chauhan BChD (U.Leeds)
Deanay joined Dale House in February 2024 and quickly built a warm rapport with his patients. His calm, friendly approach helps people feel comfortable throughout every stage of treatment. He provides restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including composite bonding, ceramic veneers and implant restorations, using digital 3D scanning for precision and accuracy. He also works closely with our implant dentist. Outside the practice, Deanay enjoys family time and all kinds of sport.
Dr Timothy Greatholder B.D.S (U.CLan)
Tim graduated with honours from the University of Central Lancashire in 2021 after completing dentistry as a postgraduate degree. He provides high-quality general care, has a particular interest in restorative dentistry and is a registered Invisalign provider. Friendly, approachable and committed to further education, Tim recently settled in Ashby-de-la-Zouch and looks forward to becoming a longstanding member of the team. Outside work, he enjoys travelling, Formula 1 and time with his fiancée at home together.
Dr Carl Horton Implant Dentistry
Carl graduated from Birmingham Dental Hospital in 1996 before completing master’s degrees in periodontology and implantology. He has lectured internationally, supported the training of foundation dentists and mentored clinicians developing their implant skills. As Co-director of the West Midlands MSc VSSA for dental implantology, Carl combines extensive clinical expertise with a clear, jargon-free approach. He is passionate about challenging negative perceptions of dentistry and creating a friendly, patient-focused experience.
Dr Bosun Hong BDS, MFDS RCS, M Oral Surg, PG Cert MedEd, FHEA
Dr Bosun Hong is a Specialist Oral Surgeon, implantologist and sedation provider with extensive experience in dental implants and oral surgery. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment and achieving the healthy, confident smile they truly deserve. Bosun combines advanced surgical expertise with a gentle, caring approach, using modern digital technology to carefully plan treatment and deliver the best possible outcomes. Her calm, reassuring manner helps patients feel relaxed and supported every step of the way.
Hannah O’Donovan
Hannah began her career in dentistry in 2001 as a dental nurse at Birmingham Dental Hospital, where she gained her NVQ Level 3 and later worked in the Oral Surgery Department, gaining an additional qualification in sedation dental nursing. She went on to study Dental Hygiene at the University of Bristol, graduating in 2007. Hannah joined Dale House Dental Practice in 2016 and has been a valued member of the team ever since. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, going to the gym, running, and following Formula 1 and athletics.
Emma
Nurses & Practice Support
Jackie
Jackie joined Dale House in 1990 as an Office Junior, training on the job before also qualifying as a Dental Nurse. She later progressed into her role as Practice Manager.
Jackie is responsible for ensuring the practice remains up to date with current regulations and that everything runs smoothly for both patients and the team. She enjoys that no two days are the same and particularly likes the problem-solving side of her role.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys travelling, photography, making handmade cards and spending time with her family.
Sally
Sally qualified as a Dental Nurse in 1995 and joined the team at Dale House in 2007. She particularly enjoys getting to know patients, seeing their confidence grow throughout treatment and being able to see the final results. Sally enjoys working closely with our Implantologist and has recently qualified in Dental Radiography, further developing her skills and knowledge. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and making the most of any opportunity to go away on trips and explore new places.
Amy
Amy joined Dale House in 2002 and qualified with her National Certificate in Dental Nursing in 2006. She has been part Dale House ever since and has loved watching the practice grow and change over the years. Amy enjoys caring for patients and helping them feel comfortable, especially those who may feel nervous or anxious about visiting the dentist. She takes pride in making sure every patient feels listened to, supported and cared for. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, being surrounded by nature, growing her own vegetables and baking.
Jess
Janet
Janet joined Dale House in 2002 and has worked on reception ever since, enjoying meeting new people and welcoming generations of families to the practice. Over the years, she has seen many changes and enjoys being a familiar, friendly face for patients. Outside of work, Janet loves spending time with her family and going for walks along the coast or through the countryside.
Emma
Emma began her career in dentistry in 2015 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2016. She joined the team at Dale House Dental Practice in 2020 and has been a valued member of our nursing team ever since.
Emma particularly enjoys supporting our periodontal and surgical treatments and has a keen interest in helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their treatment.
Eloise
Eloise started her career in dental nursing in 2022 and first joined the team at Dale House in 2023. She qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2024 and has gained experience across all aspects of general dentistry. She particularly enjoys seeing patients’ before and after results and being part of their treatment journey. Eloise enjoys the variety of dental nursing and being part of a busy team, where she continues to develop her skills and knowledge. Outside of work, Eloise enjoys playing cricket, attending music festivals and watching Grey’s Anatomy.
Megan
Megan joined the dental profession in 2018 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in March 2020. In 2024, she further developed her skills by qualifying in Dental Radiography before joining the team at Dale House later that year. Since joining Dale House, Megan has continued to expand her skills and is now qualified to take 3D CBCT scans. She particularly enjoys interacting with patients and helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey. Outside of work, Megan enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with her husband and their families.
Georgia
Georgia started her career in dentistry in August 2022 and qualified as a Dental Nurse in May 2025. She joined Dale House shortly afterwards. Since joining the practice, she has really enjoyed becoming part of the team and working in a busy dental environment. Georgia enjoys getting to know patients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease throughout their appointments. She enjoys being part of the day-to-day environment at Dale House and continuing her career in dentistry as a qualified Dental Nurse. Outside of work, Georgia enjoys spending her free time camping, crochet and reading.
Lacey
Lacey started her Dental Nursing Apprenticeship in July and enjoys working in dentistry because every day is different and brings new opportunities to learn and develop her skills. She particularly enjoys working as part of the dental team and helping patients feel comfortable during their appointments. Her apprenticeship allows her to gain practical experience and develop her knowledge while working in a busy practice. Outside of work and college, Lacey enjoys listening to music, spending time with family and friends and exploring new places.
